Returns
You have the option to return most new, unopened items within 2 days of receiving your order for a full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.
Please anticipate your refund to be processed within approximately four weeks from the time you send the return back to us. This period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the shipper (usually 5 to 10 business days), the time needed for processing your return once we receive it (typically 3 to 5 business days), and the duration it takes for your bank to process our refund request (usually 5 to 10 business days).
If you need to initiate a return, kindly get in touch with us and provide your order number along with specific details about the product you wish to return. We will promptly respond with comprehensive instructions on how to proceed with returning items from your order.
Shipping
We offer shipping to nearly any address within the UAE.
Upon placing an order, we will provide you with estimated shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your chosen items and the shipping options you select during checkout. Depending on your chosen shipping provider, you may find shipping date estimates displayed on the shipping quotes page.
Please take note that shipping rates for many of the items we offer are determined by weight. You can locate the weight of any specific item on its detail page. To align with the policies of the shipping companies we collaborate with, all item weights will be rounded up to the nearest full kilogram.
What if I need a reprint or a refund?
Every order we fulfill is tailored to the specific needs of the customer. Because each job is custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns unless the goods are faulty or defective. Here are some key points regarding reprints and refunds:
Cancellations: If you decide to cancel an order before production begins, a 6% cancellation charge will apply to cover administration and related costs. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before production commences.
Defective Goods: In cases where goods are found to be defective or faulty, the following procedures apply:
We reserve the right to rectify any defective goods and may not issue a refund.
If a product is defective, you must notify us in writing within 24 Hours of delivery.
Defective products must be returned to us at our expense for inspection. If the defect is due to a manufacturing fault, we will either repair or re-print the product and deliver it back to you.
If only a portion of your order is defective, the entire order must be returned for inspection.
If any of the goods have been used, this will be regarded as acceptance of the goods, and they will not be eligible for replacement.
We are not liable for any consequential losses resulting from defective products, nor are we responsible for any costs you may incur by hiring a third party to rectify or reprint the goods.
Refunds: If a refund is agreed upon, please allow up to 7 working days for processing.
