Color Accuracy:

Please be aware that color accuracy may vary slightly between different devices and monitors. Colors seen on screens may differ by approximately 5-15% from the final printed result. To ensure the best color reproduction, we recommend providing color specifications using CMYK values.

If you wish to include a QR code on your products, please be aware that IWPrinting.com cannot be held accountable for any scanning difficulties that may arise after the QR codes have been printed. When designing your QR code, we recommend using black color only (K=100)

File Format:

We accept print-ready files in PDF format. Please ensure that your files are properly saved in PDF format before uploading.

If your design contains images, please embed them in the PDF file to avoid any missing links.

Bleed and Trim:

For designs that require printing to the edge of the paper, please include a bleed of at least 3mm to ensure that there are no white borders around the final printed product.

Trim marks should also be included to indicate the final desired size of the printed piece.

Font Embedding and Outlining:

To avoid font-related issues, it is recommended to either embed the fonts used in your design or outline the text before submitting the file.

Image Resolution:

For optimal print quality, images should have a resolution of at least 300 DPI (dots per inch). Using low-resolution images may result in pixelation or poor image quality in the final print.

Proofreading:

Prior to submitting your files for printing, we kindly request that you thoroughly review them for any potential spelling errors, grammatical mistakes, or design inconsistencies. Please note that if any mistakes are present in the submitted files, we cannot accept responsibility for them.
